Jayme has spent 35 years in the construction industry—long enough to remember when blueprints were actually blue and coffee came from a thermos, not a drive-thru. After studying Construction Management and Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, he traded textbooks for tool belts and never looked back.
For the past 30 years, Jayme has owned and operated his own construction company, Precision Builders Contracting, crafting everything from custom dream homes to breathtaking remodels. More recently, he’s spent the last decade leading Outdoor Spaces Design & Build Co. as president, where he’s turned backyards into award winning outdoor retreats.
Under Jayme’s leadership, the company has earned numerous industry awards to include—three consecutive Star Tribune MN Best wins, Angie’s List Super Service Awards for 5 years, a BBB Torch Award nomination, and numerous local accolades.
When he’s not building something—or fixing what someone else built—Jayme can be found camping, hiking, traveling, golfing, or at the range perfecting his aim, usually followed by a well-earned cigar.. His loyal sidekick, Toby—a six year old pit/lab mix—tags along with Jayme and his wife for nearly every adventure and is absolutely convinced he’s “Employee of the Month”… every single month.
Jayme’s proudest builds, however, are his four beautiful daughters. He’s a devoted dad, dog dad, and proof that hard work, a good sense of humor, and a steady supply of caffeine can build just about anything.
